A dedicated Results Hub website has all of the information that you will need including information about:

• Reviews of marking and scripts, 
• Higher education and 
• Answers to FAQs.

Scripts

Please not that due to high demand, the current timeline for receiving any scripts that you have ordered is 3-5 working days.

If you have a university offer pending a higher grade then you should order a priority review as soon as possible.  If this is not the case and you can wait then it is a good idea to order the script in the first instance and then make an informed decision about any reviews.

Review of Marking Requests 

Exam boards are working to the following deadlines:

Priority review of marking requests - must be responded to within 15 calendar days 

Review of marking requests - must be responded to within 20 calendar days.

If you still have questions once you have looked through the information on the Results Hub will find a link to a Google Form on the Hub where you can post your question and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.  There are a team of staff in College specifically dealing with the enquiries posted on the form.

If you need to reset your CristalWeb password, email IT Support at support@theprospecttrust.org.uk (from your personal email) with your name and College ID number as soon as possible.

If you are overseas and unable to access your results on CristalWeb - please follow the steps set out on the home page of the Results Hub.
