In March 2000, Prince Edward opened the new £2.5 million Performing Arts Centre incorporating a modern theatre and teaching suites for music, dance and drama. This modern development enables our students to study and perform in a superb, state-of-the-art facility. Touring theatre groups regularly visit the theatre to give public performances.
Music, Dance and Drama have a history of great success at this College and the superb facilities enhance and enrich the experience of students. Many undertake performing arts courses (including Dance, Drama & Theatre, Music, Music Technology) leading to AS and A-level qualifications but many others participate in productions, shows and concerts for sheer enjoyment.
