College Building on course for completion in July 2009

The new build at this College is going ahead and is not affected by the current capital funding cris
The new building at the heart of the College is on track for completion in July 2009. Approval in detail was given for the project last summer and the Governors have approved the funding and cashflow forecasts. The Learning and Skills Council (which manages the funding on behalf of the government) is contributing 10% of the costs of the building - approximately £750,000. The remaining £6.75 million is being funded from the College's own resources.
