The Whitehouse Building (Phase 4) had been formally opened by Lord Adonis, Minister at DfES, on 21 September.
The summer works programme, including new lifts and o the r facilities conforming with the Disability Discrimination Act, was virtually complete.
The College had gone out to tender for its new Sports Hall, due for completion in summer 2006.
Governors approved the basis for the 2004/05 Statutory Accounts.
The Corporation agreed the revised College Charter and Code of Conduct.
It completed its corporate self-assessment.
A new SpeedVisor camera, financed by the College, would be installed by Rushmoor Borough Council to help improve safety on local roads.
