Professor Jane Broadbent [Royal Holloway University of London] was appointed as a Community Governor until 30 September 2005.
The Corporation endorsed an Action Plan following the Ofsted inspection, which had awarded the College seven Grade One judgements - World Class.
It approved an Action Plan following the Learning and Skills Council’s concurrent audit, which had awarded the College a Grade One for the effectiveness of its financial control systems.
New Standing Orders and Committee Terms of Reference were adopted.
The Corporation decided to publish an annual report on the College’s achievements and activities.
It endorsed a mid year review of the College Strategic Plan.
It welcomed a package of minor building works for summer 2002.
