PROCEEDINGS OF THE 5 JULY 2010 CORPORATION MEETING
Tributes were paid and a presentation made to Dr. John Guy OBE by the Governors and Clerk in recognition of his eminent service as Principal of the College since 1993. The meeting was followed by the Corporation Dinner in College in his honour
Harry Ranson MBE, who was retiring as an Independent Governor and who had been the College’s first Chair of Corporation after its incorporation, was appointed Honorary Life President of the College
The Corporation appointed Andrew Annette, William Bagnall, Clare Bowman, Peter Eyre, Gregory Trigg and Terri Willcocks as Independent Governors to 30 September 2014
It approved the College budget for 2010/11.
It also approved the updated Strategic Risk Register
The Corporation agreed the 2011 Student Admissions Policy after considering a full review
The Corporation agreed to the appointment of RSM Tenon as the College's internal auditors for 2010/11
It approved the College Dignity at Work Policy
Governors adopted the revised College Charter
