Reappointed Andrew Needham as Vice Chair of the Corporation for the triennium 1 October 2009 – 30 September 2012
Appointed Jack Nixon and Daniel Rodgett, President and Vice President of the Student Association, as Student Governors to 31 March 2010
Reappointed Adrian Collett and Nicola Orchard as Independent Governors to 30 September 2012, and Harry Ranson MBE as an Independent Governor to 30 September 2010
It approved the draft College budget for 2009/10 and the 3 year financial forecasts 2009/12
The updated Strategic Risk Register and the Strategic Action Plan were both approved by Governors
The Corporation approved the 2010 Student Admissions Policy
The Corporation agreed to the appointment of Tenon Ltd and RSM Bentley Jennison as the College's internal and external auditors for 2009/10
Governors adopted the revised College Charter
